Our goal is to create a supportive network where clinicians can learn, connect, and enjoy being part of a caring community dedicated to supporting individuals as they heal and journey to their post-traumatic transformation.

Each month, we pick a book exploring betrayal trauma or emotional/verbal abuse. We'll share perspectives, discuss our take aways, and uncover how these resources can enhance our abilities as therapists for our clients.

Discover the profound power of self-awareness and healing with this 90-Day Internal Family Systems (IFS) Daily Parts Check-In Journal. This comprehensive journal offers a transformative exploration of the IFS model, structured daily check-ins, and dedicated time to connect with a target Part.

At the outset, the journal provides an illuminating overview of the IFS model, introducing the concept of inner Parts as distinct characters within the psyche. It explains how these Parts can carry unique emotions, beliefs, and memories, influencing our thoughts and actions. This process allows you to listen to their inner voices, understand their needs, and validate their experiences without judgment.
